Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ice Cream Maker to join our team.
As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality ice cream products for our customers.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional frozen treats.
Duties:
- Prepare ice cream mixtures according to established recipes and formulas - Operate ice cream machines and equipment to freeze, churn, and mix ingredients - Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper consistency and texture - Add mix-ins, toppings, and flavors to create unique ice cream creations - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling of ingredients - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or production environment preferred - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Cash handling experience is a plus - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is beneficial If you have a passion for ice cream, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and have the skills necessary to create delicious frozen treats, we would love to hear from you.
