Job Description We are a UNIQUE ice and snow removal company.
We are responsible for removing ice and snow from tractor trailer tops! Our team helps keep the roads safer.
Safety is always our #1 priority.
We work when it snows (
2-5 days after a snow event).
This position would be based at a nearby distribution center with an average of 100 trailers needing service per day.
Selected candidates will supervise a team of 20-25 employees (only about 3-4 employees work at one time).
Your team will be responsible for:
documenting trailer/service information including taking photos operating a scraper system (outside on a platform) communicating with and guiding drivers as they come through the scraper system operate a snowplow - for snow removal under and around the scraper system only operate a front wheel loader with Truc Brush attachment and remove ice and snow from the top of tractor trailers Job Qualifications At least 21 years or older Clean driving record verified by DMV Valid driver's license issued in the state you live At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role Capable of learning how to use a snow plow around the scraper equipment only (snow plow experience preferred) Motivational skills; empower and mentor employees Job Expectations and Responsibilities Leadership Positive, self-aware and humble leadership Positive leadership is modeling, facilitating, and purposefully influencing positive emotions that encourage team members and employees to excel in their work.
