Job description Frasier Enterprises is seeking an Accountant to join our growing team.
This position will be responsible for with account reconciliations, journal entries, analysis of financial statements, and developing their own technical accounting skills.
In addition, this position will be tasked with familiarizing themselves and adhering to Frasier's accounting practices and policies.
A well-qualified candidate will also demonstrate a desire to learn new processes and ask appropriate questions to enhance and accelerate their learning.
Job responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Performing accounting & bookkeeping services.
Calculate and review state sales tax reports.
Performing Intercompany billing Executing Bank Wire transactions Handling Vendor Credit applications Job Requirements Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
Solid work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Proactively seeks knowledge, new tasks, and responsibilities.
Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred.
Candidates pursuing their CPA will also be considered.
Experience Prior accounting experience is preferred Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications (including Excel and Word) is required.
Knowledge of accounting software packages is strongly preferred Job Type:
