is currently seeking a full time Human Resources Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator would assist with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department.
Knowledge of benefits management and payroll processing (specifically the Paychex Flex system) for 85
employees is preferred.
This position also has an active role in ensuring all human resource functions comply with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, professional, able to develop and maintain excel spreadsheets, experienced with recruiting, employee relations and disciplinary processes.
Additional duties include (but are not limited to) interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, data entry, maintaining employee records, employee relations and prepare needed materials.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
