Euphrates is seeking a full time Receptionist to work Monday - Friday, 8:
00 am - 5:
00 pm.
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic individual to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
This position will also act as a supporting role to various departments within Euphrates.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Greet visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Facilitate inter-office transfers of incoming calls, mail.
Inventory and place orders for office supplies.
Support staff and management team in various departments.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills/
Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical task.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Prior experience in a receptionist/administrative role.
