Complete all assignments by the Parts Manager in a timely fashion - as assigned.
Maintain an exact inventory accounting at all times - including on hand, on order, on special order, per supplier classification, and multiple location items.
Account for, invoice, and receipt of all movements of inventory sold and purchased.
Follow up on Orders.
Notify Customers on a timely basis of any delays or missed expectations should they occur (2hrs).
Purchase Inventory @ Best Possible Terms, Strategy, and Pricing.
Set and portray yourself as an example of a good attitude and professionalism.
Do everything in your power to assist maintaining Customer Satisfaction in both the Parts and related departments.
Maintain Customer Lists, contact information, and be at the ready for any pointed promotional opportunities.
