Johnstown, NY Johnstown, NY Full-time Full-time From $800 a week From $800 a week 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Responsibilities Greet Customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, weather phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Work with the Service Manager to ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers Listen to customer's description of problems with their vehicles, clarifying and documenting that information Perform walk around inspections on units to assess damage, repair needs, and other maintenance needs.
Explain the work performed and recommendations for future work if needed then explain repair order charges to the customer.
Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Excellent customer service skills Comfortable using a computer and other technology Professional, friendly attitude, along with customer service mentality Excellent oral and written communication skills Team player Valid Driver's License Ability and willingness to learn Have strong organizational and Time Management skills Detail oriented AutoMate DMS experience a plus Previous automotive experience a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
